Hi, I’m Kathie Faber, Client Success Manager with The Debra West Team. I am a former educator who loved creating lasting relationships with my students. After a 30-year career as an English teacher in El Paso and Burkburnett, I retired in 2016. I couldn’t stay retired long, however, and I found myself working retail for a few years, creating those same connections with customers. When the opportunity arose to work with The Debra West Team, I saw it as a new opportunity to put my skills to use as well as learn about the real estate profession. As Client Success Manager I follow the client after the sale to nurture that relationship and ensure they are well taken care of and know they are still worthy of our attention!
